Hi, I’m Brooke! A real estate agent, Mom, Pacific Northwest Native, Entrepreneur, Travel Enthusiast, and Lover of all things Real Estate!

Brooke Beaty is a passionate veteran in the Real Estate Industry and brings a plethora of Real Estate and Marketing knowledge, with over 20 years of extensive Real Estate experience - from administration, recruitment, training, marketing, and real estate sales; successfully closing over $500 million in sales with her team. Brooke heads up marketing efforts and oversees escrow transactions from start to finish. Brooke prides herself on providing impeccable service, exceptional marketing, and proven sales negotiations. Brooke resides on American Lake, in Lakewood, and is a mother to 3 children; 2 daughters one graduate of the University of Washington, and one graduate of Grand Canyon University in Arizona. Their son, rest his soul, passed away in a car accident at age 18 while attending Gonzaga University as a double business and finance major.
 
Brooke stays busy with sporting events, leading charity work for the foundation she created in honor of her son, and spearheading volunteer work and events in the Greater Tacoma and South Sound community. She enjoys traveling, boating, exercise, hosting events, cooking, and spending precious time with her family!
 
Brooke specializes in helping families in the University Place, Tacoma, Lacey, Olympia, Puyallup, Lakewood, and Fircrest communities as well as Gig Harbor. She enjoys helping veterans and those looking to relocate to the Pierce County area or JBLM find their dream homes. She’s proud to call her clients her friends, and values them as advocates for life!
